Although based in Dubai UAE, many deals have required trips to nearby Emirates, the Gulf Region and Europe.

- Complete follow through of sales transactions (from prospecting to client relationship management)
- Complex price and contract negotiations on multi-million dollar deals (often involving third parties such as the buyer’s finance advisors and/or lawyers)
- Generate leads and business partnerships through intense networking
- Exposed to a clientele of ultra high net worth individuals from the Middle East and Europe
- Establish and maintain key relationships with business partners such as specialized luxury real estate agents, wealth management companies and financial advisors (both locally and internationally)
- Work closely with the marketing department to maximize brand visibility using specialized events, press and partner websites

2006 - 2008Employed by Crown Relocations (worldwide leader of professional relocations / removals / storage and fine art transportation) to set up, develop and market the Fine Arts logistics division in the UAE (a high end service catering to the needs of international institutions such as the British or the Louvres Museum, and large British auction houses as a part of their developing activities in the Gulf Region).
Duties and achievements :
- Preparing the yearly business plan and marketing mix. Setting targets with the regional management office
- Rapid growth of the department’s sales, successful development and management of profitable accounts
- Overachieved 2006 targets by 70% and 2007 targets by 40%
- Hands on account management / client relationship management
- Marketing and events coordination (including promotion events in Paris and London, specialized press ads)
- Staff hiring, training and development to meet the demands of a growing department
- Grew the division from 1 to 6 employees (sales and operations staff)

2005 - 2006Employed to set up a logistics facility (third party logistics services) in Dubai port’s free zone. Once the center was operational my focus went progressively into sales and marketing.

- Implementation and monitoring of the facility’s operations and security procedures
- Obtained health, environment and security compliance certificate from the Jebel Ali Ports Authorities
- Making sure security - quality policies and procedures are adhered to at all times
- Staff management / recruitment (Grew the work force from 25 to 40 employees)
- Set up the logistics center business plan (including targets, bottom lines and profits)
- Business development (prospecting clients, leading a team of 3 sales persons)
- Sold 100% of the center’s storage and trans-shipment capacity 7 months after opening the facility
