Leading the execution team as lead area engineer.
Lead the execution team as task oriented team leader.
Preparing Level-IV plan as Area Planner.
Assign resources to workforce as per requirement to meet the target.
Planning and forecasting upcoming construction events using specific soft wares.
Implementing the Plan onsite according to time frame task and targets assigned.
Preparing spreadsheets for each task to calculate progress on each stage and for reporting purpose.
Facilitate the execution team for Material Management as material reservation, procurement, issuance and delivery to the jobsite.
Make sure that each worker is properly trained about the task he going to perform to meet QHSE standards.
Coordinate with Client for Material issues as material specification and inspecting testing etc.
Reporting to Project Manager about the exestuation and planning tasks of area (daily, weekly and monthly).
Coordinate to client’s Engineering Team about the design issues occurring on execution site when there are problems to achieve designed events and to resolve them.
Ensure the material flow and control on site.
Ensure and inspect that the approved QA/QC procedures are being implemented on jobsite during construction activities.
Make sure that activities are being done according to the Health, Safety & Environmental specifications approved by international organization and client.
Define QA/QC and Health, Safety & Environmental issues occurring on jobsite to workers and resolve in coordination with Safety Supervisor and QC Inspector from client.
Educate workers whenever required about the job site to meet the standards.
Make sure each worker has HSE orientated for specific work.
Keeping up-to-date all area in-charges about the construction events about their concerned areas assigned.
Ensure and control the construction work according to Latest Forecast Plan.
Coordinate to client a part of middle management about limited administrative issues.
Inspection of pressure vessels, reactors, regenerator, orifice chamber, column, charge heaters, absorbent chamber, heat exchanger, air fin cooler, water tube boilers, air pre heater receiver and storage tank.
