Marketing and Promotional Plans
» Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy
» Build and manage marketing plan for retailers
» Organise in-store and mall podium animations and coordinate with commercial regarding target/ staff in order to reach sell-out target
» Ensure preserving the image of the brand at the POS by respecting its merchandising guidelines
» Manage and coordinate for the production of marketing materials being from leaflets, visuals, podiums, flyers
» Work in coordination with commercial team and assist in reaching annual budget
» Forecast new products, POSM & monthly orders in coordination with commercial team.
» Monitor, review and report on all marketing activities, targets and results
Retailers Relationship
» Present the marketing plan and strategy to retailers
» Communicate all required information about animation / visibility to the suppliers and make visibility bookings
» Monitor competitors’ activities
» Inform commercial team about marketing activities to ensure the availability of the stock timeframe
Budget and Reporting
» Manage the marketing budget to organize below the line animations and promotions
» Prepare a monthly management report
Customer data base
» Build, maintain and update good database through consolidate information from shop floors.
» Implementation and follow up of a CRM pilot in our key doors
2008 - 2010Marketing:
- To forecast all new products, collateral, testers, one shot & promotional materials for the Middle East (6 markets, 55 doors)
- Development of corporate and local POSM
- To create, coordinate and communicate the marketing strategy for the Middle East incorporating the San Francisco office model and tailor made for each market
- To control and assist in the set up and running of all events and activities
- Creation of an Arabic brochure and a Facebook page "Benefit Cosmetics Middle East"
– Launch of 3 new fragrances in 2009 & 2010
- A&P control and follow-up
PR:
- Work with PR agency on a PR strategy and calendar, Press Kits coordination
- Meet with Beauty Editors to create brand excitement, coordinate interview with Press: Hello Magazine.
Commercial:
- Teamwork with Commercial Team:Area Sales Managers and Local Sales Managers.
- Development of incentive and animations market by market
- Liaise with Sales Managers to identify marketing/promotional opportunities
- Suggested orders in-line with sell-out per references. Sell-in and Sell-out analysis.
Training:
- BA’s Training : new launches
