•Arrange management meetings

•Prepare an annual safety programs and administer its implementation.
•Review all accidents and analyze reports. Provide instruction and guidance as needed to maintain a smooth flow of accident prevention.
•Coordinate with operations and other departments in the development of and or revisions of existing procedures, rules and regulations.
•Develop and administer interest sustaining promotional safety activities to enhance development of safety awareness among employees.
•Maintain current files of published safety literature’s safety standards, safety codes and other related data, and advice management of compliance to theses codes that requires their attention / action.
•Appoint qualified Safety Engineer & Supervisor for every project.
•Carry out frequent site check in addition to the official weekly inspection of all projects for which he is responsible and to bring to management attention all deficiencies for subsequent safety compliance.
•Assume the function of the Site Safety Manager for a project without one.
•Conduct and participate job safety meetings.
•Coordinate site first aid and rescue procedures.
•Coordinate and conduct safety trainings in accordance with the Safety Program of the project and Client’s requirements.
•Investigate all accidents, injuries, fires, property damage, and other safety related incident, issue or disseminates required reports and ensures that recommended preventive measures are carried out.
•Evaluate the need for and issue requisition for safety equipment and ensure that it meets applicable standards.
