FM holds a Bachelor degree in Marketing Management from Pace University, NYC. Florence Mermet (FM) is a certified coach who helps any person in their steps through the expatriation process.

Bicultural Italian and French, she also lived the realities of an expatriation in various countries like the USA, Switzerland(Swiss), and Australia. FM interested in Intercultural Competence, Acculturation, Relocation, Expatriation, Cultural Knowledge and Cross-Cultural Understanding in addition to Leadership, Teamwork and Conflict Resolution.

She created and developed a company in business tourism for expatriates between the USA and France. She is also very involved in expatriates' networks and in particular the ‘Union des francais de l’etranger’(UFE) and Internations ect... FM decided to become an intercultural coach in order to share and help expartiates thanks to her expertise.
