2003 - 2006After successfully proving myself as a senior recruitment consultant within the contract division I was given the responsibility to set up a French division. In the role I was tasked with:
• Running own recruitment cycle, building business and database from cold calling, lead generation and after the first deal on-going business relationships.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships at all levels from the Board of Directors to junior members of staff.
• Recruited 3 consultants for the French team for me to personally supervise and train through a 12-week training course. The newest consultant is currently coming to the end of the training and is the top new consultant in the billing leagues.
• Setting and mentoring KPI’s for myself and for team members.
• Winning the company incentive for one of the highest billing contract consultant over the last 6 months
(January to June 06), billing £150K / $275K.
2001 - 2002• Employed as a recruitment consultant responsible for building up the ERP market in France by building the client database of multinational blue chips, consultancies and SME’s
