Jonathan Vaslin

Reporting to the regional CFO, I handle the IT department of JCDecaux’ branches in the Middle East and Africa region. Leading 4 IT executives, I manage the mutualization of IT resources in the region, the implementation of an ERP, the IT budgets, the contracts and the server’s administration. I also take care of the digital advertising projects, from the WiFi sponsoring to the videos advertising.
First IT Manager for Dubai, I got promoted as Regional IT Manager in July 2011.

Under the direction of the CFO, in a very international context, I coordinate the activities related to IT, supervise a network of 200+ computers, ensure stability and reliability of the system, plan the investments and evolutions, interact with suppliers and lead two support engineers. I develop an intranet using open source technologies, which is now implemented globally in all VSL branches. I also play a key role in the deployment of SAP Business One.

I join the 4-member IT team for 5 months. I am in charge of the network, bring new ideas and help in the support process for the OS and software, clients and servers. I develop two internal tools for monitoring purpose, in Java, PHP and MySql. I also set up a ticketing system.
