SABIC SHARED SERVICES, (Petro-chemicals), $10 Million billing over 3 years
• MRO Inventory optimization project, across 17 affiliated companies, targeting SAR1.2 Billion stock reduction. Project covered excess stock identification, process and IT re-engineering, change management. Key success factor was mobilization and motivation of a 300 people team from 17 different companies and 1 shared services organization over 3 years.
• MRO logistic flows consolidation project, targeting centralization of over 100 warehouses, 5,000 suppliers, with the development of a new infrastructure and associated IT/organization. Ongoing project requiring strong PMT of 10 internal/external stakeholders.
SAUDI KAYAN, (Petro-chemicals),
• Products handling and logistics management. Development of a global solution for storing and dispatch of 5 production lines finished goods, from silo to port. Project includes the design and development of a 150,000 sqm warehouse, automated and RF software, and logistics operation outsourcing.
2004 - 2005Interim management following company re-capitalization by private investor.
Green field development of a service organization promoting e-merchant website and service/retail joints.
Jumped from 5 to 40 people staff and 8 Million euros sales.
