• Work closely with CEO and Director F & A to coordinate planning activities regarding hiring, trends, needs and recruiting strategies.
 Heads the entire Recruitment Function for Litwin PEL to include all Project and Operations recruitment. (Includes all types of employment relationships)
 Effectively implements and monitors all Recruitment plans and programs for the UAE organization
 Devises and implements Recruitment Policy and Procedure for Litwin. Significant input in policy for Employee Relations, T&D and Compensation & Benefits

 Reviews employee and contractor benefits (housing/education etc) and makes recommendations to Senior Management in conjunction with the Director F & A for benefits modification as necessary.
 Advises and influences Management on the application of best practice in recruitment and employment.
• Estimates annual recruitment budget for submission to Director F & A ensuring provisions of sufficient resources and assets to achieve targets and objectives.
• Developing staffing plan and planning future recruitment requirements and design of recruitment policies and processes. Drafting job descriptions compliant with industry standards.
• Additionally liaised with clients like ADNOC etc in Oil & Gas and Energy for staffing needs and provided manpower services. Researched for new clients and additional business.
• Coordinate with Administration on the initiation of pre-employment, relocation and orientation processes for expatriate appointees to ensure planned start-up dates are met.
