Sourcing qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria;
using company’s database, networking, Internet recruiting resources, media, and employee referrals.
Short listing resumes, conducting the initial phone interview and endorsing them to client for final interview consideration.
arranging interviews for the right candidates with the clients;
preparing résumés and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants;
negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between client and candidates;
Receive and record job vacancy information from employers, including details such as job descriptions, duties involved, working conditions, hours, pay, any experience needed and training that is available
Preparing invoices and payment vouchers and handling petty cash
Creating and maintaining effective and efficient filing system of all documents
Perform other duties and responsibilities as required
