Handling TACHOLINK by (CIRCUITLINK INTERNATIONAL) Vehicle System for defensive driving.
Handling FLEET MANAGER Software Called (VMD) by (FMSI) which is to monitor of the behavior of and to control it.
Also responsible for Installation of the Vehicle monitoring Devices (VMD) in Light Duty and Heavy Duty Vehicles.
Event Configuration i.e. Harsh Break, Harsh Acceleration, Over Speed, Seat Belt on the VMD unit after installation.
Calibration of all the VMD installed vehicles according to the ADCO’s road Safety standards for Light Duty and Heavy Duty vehicles.
Recently introduce TRAX LOCATOR by (EDM) for Monitoring Drivers Behaviors through Satellite.
Monthly Reporting
Generate an Event summery Report on Monthly basis comprises of a total of Harsh breaking, Harsh Acceleration, Over Speeding, and Seat Belt occurrence and duration of each driver.
Creating custom events to support maintenance dept to bring down maintenance due vehicles
Analysis the traffic fines through driver(s) and vehicle(s).
Quarterly Inspection
Prepare quarterly Inspection Report all vehicles which we installed IVMS System.

Maintain all the related record.
Also responsible to prepare Equipment Time Control Card on monthly basis for each Equipment Working at the project.
Maintaining “Workshop Daily State Report”, this is to determine the status of the equipments under Repair on daily basis.
Also responsible to keep record of the equipments which are present in the workshop, either idle or under repair.

Overall supervision pertaining to the system
Posting and bin cards updating
Reports generation at month-end
Coordination with all departments regarding store issues
Correspondence with the head office regarding reports and other store related issues

Handling all accounts of the outlet
Looking after cash flow of the office and maintaining office decorum
Receiving and Issuance of the products from the warehouse and to the sales teams
Maintaining all the related records of stock, issuance to sales teams and also issuance to the in-house sales representatives
Maintaining daily sales report on the basis of total turn out of the in-house and market sales teams
Handling Online Billing of the customers and also handling customer queries regarding bills and payments.
