I became a Director with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) following their acquisition of PRTM in August 2011, and am part of PwC's Middle East Consumer and Industrial Products and Service (CIPS) advisory practice.
2011 - 2011I became a Principal in the Dubai office of PRTM in January 2011, in charge of managing the local aerospace, defense, automotive and industrial business group and the supply chain innovation practice.
Client engagements included an operational due diligence in the aerospace industry in Europe, a customer service practices integration project for a global leader in the packaging / CPG industry in the US, and an aftermarket supply chain transformation for a global mining equipment OEM in Australia.
Prior to its acquisition by PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in August 2011, PRTM was an operational strategy consultancy focusing on supply chain and product innovation with 20 offices and 700 consultants worldwide.
2008 - 2010I was a Manager with PRTM's aerospace, defense, automotive and industrial business group in the Paris office throughout 2008, and relocated to Dubai in early 2009 under the same role to help stand up the local office and grow this industry segment.
Client engagements included a Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) service levels improvement project for a major US airline, a New Product Introduction (NPI) transformation project for a global Electronic Manufacturing Services company (EMS) in Europe and the US, and the operational design and setup of a renewable energy venture in the Middle East.

2007 - 2008I became a Senior Consultant at CSC in 2004 and continued working primarily in operations within the aerospace industry.
Client engagements included leading European carrier Air France-KLM, for which I took part in setting up a centralized back office for coordinating the aircraft's turnaround activities, as well as assessing major operational risks and defining business continuity scenarios for 13 French domestic airports. I also re-engineered the fulfillment processes for the air travel operations of TUI/Corsair in Paris, France.

Client engagements included Airbus, for which I rolled out an e-procurement solution among Tier 1 suppliers and conducted project management activities on a project to revamp the procurement process of flying parts across all Airbus platforms.
