Predominantly based out of Dubai, I am responsible for setting up the new business development objectives and strategies as well as incorporating a French culture in the company which upholds the highest possible flexibility and autarky to access to new geographies and address the banking and financial space in North and French Speaking Africa.
- Open and Access new markets in new geographies in North and French Speaking Africa
- Developed a new business plan and “Got to Market” Strategy
- Established Partner frameworks across the region
- Implementing the French culture in the company: Initiated and heading all the French translation activities (Company collaterals, Sales materials, Presales Platform in French language, building a French speaking team for Sales and Presales Support)
- Conduct High level Workshop, POC and products demonstration for French speaking countries
- Built a sizeable pipeline for the next financial year
2009 - 2009Development and management of the banking division by offering financial products for banks and tracking implementation projects across Africa.
My Main tasks are:
- Responsible of Sales & Presales Activities for North Africa Market
- Management of a pool of technical & functional Consultants
- Tracking implementation projects on which our consultants are involved across Africa & France

2008 - 2009As a member of the Sales Team, I were assigned for business development for North Africa Market by offering financial products (FLEXCUBE, REVELEUS & Mantas) for banks :
- Responsible for a number of sales process activities with specific annual sales targets.
- Respond to requests for information (RFI’s) and requests for proposal (RFP’s)
- Monthly report market status to the partner in order to qualify opportunities
- Introduce our products during the sales cycle: from general presentations to detailed workshop.
- Test Cases Preparation
- Conduct High level Workshop and products demonstration
- Very good knowledge of Financial Software : Global Banking Solutions, Risk Management & AML
- Very good knowledge of competitor solutions (Globus T24, Delta Bank, Finnacle, SAB, SAP, Fermat, Fiserv, SAS, SIDE,...)
2007 - 2008As an important way to develop my technical & Functional Skills and develop my knowledge in the banking space, I have moved to the Functional Consultant team and participate in a project of implementation of an Universal Banking Solution, the Flagship product of our partner i-flex Solutions for a bank in Africa. My main tasks were:
- Gap Analysis
- Banking Software implementation
- Analysis and implementation of customs developments
- Testing of the parameterized and customized software
- Perform system and integration testing
- Assist the client with acceptance testing
- Training of the client
- Follow-up of the project’s go live
- Writing of documentation and procedures
2006 - 2007As a new hired, I were assigned to launch and develop the banking division which was a new strategic business for the company:
- Explore and develop Markets in order to identify and qualify opportunities.
- Carry out studies on market needs and offerings
- Set up alliance relationships with our Corporate Business Partner, a world leader in providing IT solutions to the financial services industry
- Monthly report market status to the partner in order to qualify opportunities
- Prepare and attend seminar & marketing events
