RAS LAFFAN CRACKER CO-RC2 (QP, CHEVRON, TOTAL), Ras Laffan Olefin Project, steam cracker (1,3 MMTPY ethylene), associated utilities, incinerator, storages and buildings, US$ 800 million LSTK contract, starting with “early works” Ras Laffan, Qatar:

- VENDOR back charge :
Retrieve from the involved department (construction, field engineering, engineering, procurement, inspection, transportation, cost control, subcontract…) all the information related to any extra works performed on site (modification, repair activities, repurchasing) and recover the amount from the VENDORS.

- Warehouse Management (5 persons) :
Ensure the material is received and at dispatch to the right persons from the construction department.

- Local procurement :
Purchase of equipment, piping, valves, steel structure… and any other item the construction department may request in order not to stop the construction activities.
Expediting and delivery follow up.

- Transfer of Spare Parts to Client
Ensure the 2 Years Spare Parts are transferred to the CLIENT.
Repair / replace / repurchase the rejected items.
Provide the requested certificates from the VENDORS.

- Site Supervision and Start Up :
Issuance of Purchase Order for Site Supervision and Start Up.
Approval of invoices related to these Site activities.

- Local procurement :
Purchase of equipment, piping, valves, steel structure… and any other item the construction department may request in order not to stop the construction activities.

- VENDOR back charge :
Retrieve from the involved department (construction, field engineering, engineering, procurement, inspection, transportation, cost control, subcontract…) all the information related to any extra works performed on site (modification, repair activities, repurchasing) and recover the amount from the VENDORS.

- Overage Shortage Damage follow up :
Notify the VENDORS when we receive the material on site and find out the material is missing or damaged or if we receive items by mistake.
Expedite the VENDORS to get a solution in order not to jeopardize the project schedule.
