Iboothme! is a next generation digital photo booth that captures consumer data, generates leads, and facilitates social network marketing for brand promoters and other businesses. The system is sleek, portable, and self operated. Consumers pose for free digital photos and have them instantly delivered to their email account, mobile phone, and social networking sites along with the advertiser’s logo or message.
- Managing 12 countries in MENA region
- Built relationship with all major companies in snack business in MENA region
- Studying and analysing new countries, and evaluating the opportunity of sales and development in addition to regular reporting to the headquarter in Australia
- Following up with existing client base in the region and increasing revenues
- Responsible for producing quotations for new potential clients
- Initiated new business in Egypt for more than US$3,500,000, and in Jordan for US$500,000
- Weekly monitoring of the market and competition and producing subsequent reports
2007 - 2009- Founded a Sales department, recruited the sales persons, and managed a team of 18 people (One project manager, two sales manager, fifteen promoters)
- Increased the total sales from 250 000 Dhs monthly to 700 000 Dhs monthly in three months
- Created soundsme e-commerce website and managed online sales
- Initiated new strategies for the company and individual objectives for each sales person
- Resolved business conflict with Carrefour & Virgin and re-established a sustainable business relationship resulting in successfully increased sales
- Initiated new deals with major distributors in the UAE: Carrefour, Virgin, Sharaf DG, EON, Plug Ins, I2
- Managed relationships with existing distributors in Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, and Lebanon
- Prepared the Gitex Shoppers and World Trade Centre Exhibition:
• Design and construction follow up of the two stands
• Design of flyers and posters,
• Advertising and Sales strategy during the exhibition
• Managed the sales team during the exhibition
- Launched a new product (Nabaztag, www.nabaztag.com ) in the GCC market:
• Negotiated the exclusivity with Nabaztag headquarter
• Developed a marketing strategy for UAE an GCC markets
